I have one old expired passport which I have unfortunately lost.Since we are required to bring all expired passports at the interview, what should I do ?

Can I even apply for a citizenship without this expired passport?

It makes me very worried. Thank you.

It's OK. Don't be worried, you lost it. You will be approved most likely.

Ideally you should have filed a police report when you lost it. First, it's evidence, second - you may be a victim of identity theft in the future.

When you renewed your passport, did country of your origin never ask about old passport?

Actually what happened: I had it when I renewed my passport and the police ( I don't know the real term for it )made it not valid ,put some holes and stamps ,so I took it home and since I was moving a couple of times ,it got lost .That passport has my old surname btw .Should I tell that to IO or ?
