I'm lovin the outfits WeDestiny! :thumbs:

Thanks, we had them made for our un-official engagement party in Nigeria. I was amazed at the speed of the tailor, they were made in 2 days.

Thanks, we had them made for our un-official engagement party in Nigeria. I was amazed at the speed of the tailor, they were made in 2 days.

Don't you just love the Nigerian tailors. I have about 12 outfits that were made for me. I love to dress alike with my fiance.

December 15, 2006- Travelled to Nigeria

December 24, 2006- Got Engaged!

December 28-2006-Filed I-129F

January 8, 2007-Packet Received

January 12, 20007-Official Receipt date

March 27,2007-2nd Visit to Nigeria

April 2, 2007- We received our approval while I was in Nigeria!!!

April 23, 2007-NVC received approval

May 9, 2007-Packet sent to Nigeria

May 23, 2007-Touched by Nigeria

May 23, 2007- Interview Date for Aug. 1, 2007

August 1, 2007-Interview APPROVED!!!!!!

August 6, 2007-Pick up visa

August 16,2007- POE JFK

When I stepped foot in Africa, I understood who I was!

I have finally met my love and my best friend... I can't thank God enough for this gift! After spending 17 days in Ghana with my love, I am even more consumed by him and all that he is.

In Illinois my SO can drive legally for 90 days. Today he went driving by himself for the first time, and ofcourse became lost :wacko: . On almost every corner there are street signs, but he is used to using landmarks; so if I say go to 79th and make a right turn at the bank ;) . He would see a bank on 75th see a bank and make a right :thumbs: . Like I don't know what I am talking about :blink: . By the time he made it to his destination :crying: , he was so very tired; saying do I expect him to know the roads in 1 week :unsure: . But, HE JUMPED behind the wheel and droped me off at work with no problems. So, I said did you expect you could jump behind the wheel of the car an drive 20 miles and not get mixed up :whistle: , I knew you would run into problems :help: . In Chicago there is no such thing as lost ;) , and then I said by the way I get off at 5pm please don't forget how to find your way back :lol: .

I probally should have put this in how is your SO adjusting?

Thank you.

In the beginning of our journey I was apprehensive about putting pictures on a forum (website) :huh: . Now that he is here, I have to make up for lost time with new pictures every week :D .

I am seeming to have a few problems putting regular size pictures and only being able to put thumbnail, hopefully I will be able to sort this out. If anyone can advise I would appreciate it.
