Is there a way to track green card and SSN card processing and delivery for my beneficiary. I (petitioner) has UCSIS account. Can i track the delivery for my beneficiary? or is there other way

No way to track the SSN, but you can track the GC. Just use the same tracking page you've used all the way through, but use the receipt number from when you paid the GC fee this time instead - https://egov.uscis.gov

Does this message message change once the card is shipped

On February xx, xxxx, we received your USCIS Immigrant fee payment for your Permanent Resident Card related to your immigrant visa. We will be processing the request for production of your Permanent Resident Card. You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 90 days of your entry into the United States or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee payment is received. If you do not receive your Permanent Resident Card, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Yes. It will tell you when it's being produced, then about a week to 10 days after that it will tell you it's being shipped, and give you the tracking number.

Informed Delivery from USPS had the information in there before the information was updated in MyUSCIS account, just as a FYI.

This is the new status updated today after a 9th day of Green Card activation. What would be the next status if any one knows? Card Printed? or Dispatched?

Approximately how long will it take for delivery?

We have approved your Form OS155A, Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxxxx. On March 10, 2024, we ordered your card to be produced. We will mail your card to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

They'll just mail you the card.  Next update should be tracking.
