Making changes to the Argentine Police Certificate

Hello everyone. I'm Argentinian and I live abroad, I was able to open a "clave fiscal" in order to get the "certificado de antecedentes penales" online. Through the AFIP site, I went to the Reincidencia site and requested the certificate and a friend paid online through Mercado pago since I have no cards or accounts attached to Argentina. Today I got the certificate, I knew it would come without the "con excepcion al articulo 51 del codigo penal" so I did what some people here suggested which is, I went to "reclamos" to try to request the change, filled out all the info BUT I found this part confusing (see attached). Am I supposed to pay AGAIN to make this change? It isn't clear to me if they are referring to how I paid or if I am supposed to pay again. If they are referring to how I paid, I don't see "Mercado pago" as an option since I went through AFIP. Any assistance will be appreciated!

Hi, yes I did today. Just a bit worried that this will end up being a problem. It was hard to find an email but I found one info@dnrec.jus.gov.ar

I just hope it is a functioning email.

I am trying to find answers in a Whatsapp group we have.

When we did ours, it came with the exception, so we didn't have to go through this twice.  However, if I recall correctly, a few people in the group did have to get it after the fact.  I just can't remember if they paid again.

Thanks. I wondered why they stopped doing it like that and the only reason I can think of is if they want to charge again to get that annotation. Do they reply to emails?

Hi!

Here is the information I gathered from the group:

https://www.dnrec.jus.gov.ar/GestionUsu/NuevaGestion.aspx?tipo=reclamo

This is what one of the people did:  She had to go in person to the police station. From there they gave her a paper with instructions and her case number. With that she went online, and using that case number, she was able to submit a pdf/image of a letter stating that she needed to have that 51 code, and a copy of her DNI.

Feel free to inbox me your number so you can be added to the Whatsapp group.
