What documents must accompany Form I 130?

أنا موجود في أمريكا منذ 6 أشهر وتزوجت بعد حصولي على التأشيرة والآن أريد إحضار زوجتي ولا أعرف ما هي الأدلة التي يجب أن ترافق موديل i130.

The instructions for the I 130 for your wife will tell you what evidence is needed on page 6 under the word general requirements

for F2a visa

 

,https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf

 

you will need copy of the marriage certificate with the English translation

you will need copy of front and back of your green card

all the other documents are listed there 

 

you can file online using copies of all these documents as the originals will be taken by your spouse to the interview

file ASAP as the fees will go up April 1st
