Hey there!

I'm still on the road, but already worried with finding a job.

Is anyone there who can send me a word of how we "immigrants" are received in USA?

I'm willing to work with IT (since is is my area). Does someone know how we should start or have any "tips" to share? :)

Tks all!

Clau

I must admit that I found it hard to get a job at first, but the preception is that it is easier for us immigrants to get a job in IT than other fields. I assume because IT is global anyway.

I think it depends on the field. I find it hard to get a job in AZ. Don't get any replies, except for one job that had a too long commute, all the others don't even take the time to let you if the received the application, which makes me wonder if they received it.

In your field you should be able to find a job in the greater Phoenix area, but there are not too many jobs available

My husband works in that field and he is a USC and has a hard time finding a job in that field.
