ALL IR1/CR1 IN ANKARA TURKEY

Hello everyone , i started this topic so we can help eachother as many people are asking the big questian which js : IS ANKARA EMBASSY REALLY TAKING TOO LONG TO GIVE IL AFTER GETTING DQ AT NVC ?

Also i seen people talk about iIL Delays for iranian citizens , 

My spouse is a forigner in turkey but not from iran , withh all respect , but a lot of topics says it makes delays as they need more paper work,etc, 

So lets share our timeframes here in this topic and / or any comment that might help anyone who js waiting interview in ANKARA .

Also for in the embassy info on this website i hope they update tbe new embassy address

My spouse is DQ 20/12/2023

As of today 27/01/2024 we did not get our IL yet .

i will upate this once we get it also i ll replay to new comments thank you all

This thread might be better placed in the Turkey forum, you can ask a kind mod to move it for you if you want. 

 

I didn't think Ankara had a big delay (at least compared to other consulates, which are 2 years or more for an interview), there are a few other threads that seem to say about 4-6 months from DQ to IL? Might be worth hunting those out to give you an idea of when you can expect to hear. Good luck.

You can report it and ask a mod to move it for you (the dots at the top of the post). It just may be seen by more people with info for you if you post in the Turkey forum.
