Hi!

I got married in Jan of 2023 and submitted my i-130 for my husband in May 2023. I live in the USA and he lives abroad. As of now, the current information USCIS has is that I left his country 1 week after we got married and no evidence of me returning.

I went back to his country in October of 2023 and stayed for a month. Since i already submitted the i-130 in May (prior to this trip), I was not sure if i should have uploaded additional evidence of my most recent visit. (evidence includes, passport stamps, Airbnb iten & photos).  I was going to just add this additional evidence only if I receive an RFE.

But now I am stressing about whether or not I should upload the evidence now. My case status has showed "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" since June of 2023 so I didn't want to mess with it.

What do you guys suggest I do? Upload this additional evidence of my visit in 10/2023 or wait to see if they send an RFE

A lot depends on which Consulate.

You always add more documents to your online account if you sent your application online! Otherwise you have to wait until they request for more evidence (s) if they need anything!
