Hello!

Me and my wife just submitted out i485 packet after relying enormously on the guidance on this form. As we're all familiar with by now, the forms on DHS' website contain fields that, for some reason, don't accept any inputs and must be printed out and filled out by hand. One such field is the Page number and Item number boxes on the additional info page.

Due to my wife's lengthy address and employment history, we had to use a few of these pages to provide the requested information. However, we totally forgot to go back and input the item and page numbers for these sections (the part number could be filled and was provided). We did use formatting to refer each line to what item the inputs are tied to on the form (e.g., street number and name, state, etc.). One note on that last point, my wife copied the address history from her K1 visa to cut down on duplicating efforts, so the address history sections are titled "Beneficiary's Physical Address 3, 4....8" - not sure if using the term "beneficiary" would be problematic.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what to do next. Does this rise to the level of urgently needing a correction? I understand we'll get a phone number for USCIS once they receive our application, but I anticipate that might take a while and was hoping to calm our nerves.

Many thanks!
