Hi guys, so I went to SLEC for my medical exam last Friday. I was able to do all of the procedures, but after the PE, the doctor said she would refer me to a psychotherapist. She asked me if I went to a psychiatrist before and I said yes, and she also asked me about the self-harm scar I had on my wrist that was only last year (it was the first and last time, never did it again.) When I was sent to the office for US follow-up, they said that I needed the psychiatrist's certificate so I can bring it for the psych evaluation tomorrow, but the thing is, it's been 5 years since I went to the psych and I don't even know her name anymore. It was a one-time thing and I never went back because I was able to manage myself and heal after that. Would it be fine if I didn't bring anything to present when I go to my psych evaluation? Do the chances of me getting denied by the embassy increase if the doctor is not satisfied without any documentation in hand proving that I'm well now and I'm not a threat to myself and to others? I'm really stressing out about this. Does anyone have a similar situation?
