I-134 HELP

There isn't a right or wrong answer to this question, so you might get different suggestions. this question pertains more to other types of nonimmigant visas. I checked do intend and wrote all expenses as needed.

The I-134 is also used for true short term visitor's visas like business, student, and tourist. The form is used by individuals, and organizations and they can stipulate that they intend to support only for the period of the visitors visa. Question 11 does not apply to K-Visas.

You can leave both boxes un-checked, and make note "N/A" and an explanation of what this I-134 is being filed for - a K1 or K3 visa.

YuAndDan hit the nail on the head if you look in the guide at the sample form it says N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )

8-29-07 NVC letter received in the mail

9-24-07 Rec. Packet 4

10-22-07 Early medical

11-5-07 Interview APPROVED!!

11-16-07 Visa delivered

11-21-07 USA


9-22-08 Mailed

9-30-08 NOA hard copy received

10-6-08 Biometrics appointment notice received

10-14-08 Transfered to CSC
