First of all I'd like to say Hello to all of the members here I know this is my first post and I'm already requesting help But I hope you guys dont mind and are able to help me out.

I'm going back home this first of August, 2007 back in Kosovo. I've already filled out my I-130 and G-325A forms which are required, but since my parents are sponsoring me, we were told to fill out the I-864. I'm only 21 years old planning to go back home and hopefully we can all our papers settled.

I need help with most of this form actually, If someone can IM me on AIM: ShpatSoYeah or msn messenger: Shpatb@hotmail.com

If someone can help me go through the form I'd greatly appreciate it, i'll pay pal some money if someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance...but please i need help immediately.

If this is not the right section please move it to the right one

Thanks.

The I 864 Form is pretty straighforward, the instructons are on the form. You do not fill it out, your Parents (s) do.

What is your current status in the US.

What is the satus of your Parents.

Sounds like they have not fled for you yet, the I-864 is needed for the Interview. And that will be sometime down the road.

??????

Then whats this all about, I 864 is to sponsor somebody to come to the US. Which if you are a USC is a bit irrelevant.

Rule number one of asking for help is to give people enough information so we do not need to be phsycic.

All the information you need is in the FAQ's.
