Question about Timeline

Hi Guys,

I have a question on the Processing Estimates/Stats on our timelines. Based on my timeline, my I-129F can be adjucated as early as December 19, 2007. I know our timelines may vary depending on the situation (and how USCIS acts on it ) but does the said estimate include the NVC and the Interview phase already? Or is this just the estimated time when my I-129F will be approved?

that time is for the NOA2 not for the interview process, but don't stress too much about timelines yet, they keep moving forward and backward depending on the USCIS processing speed. Stay strong

Our Visa Journey

May 26, 2007 - Married Michelle at Philippines

July 5, 2007 - Joined VJ

Our I-130 Timeline

July 12, 2007 - Michelle sent I-130 to CSC via USPS

July 18, 2007 - I-130 delivered to CSC

July 24, 2007 - Check for I-130 encashed by CSC

July 26, 2007 - Received our I-130 NOA1

Our I-129F Timeline

July 27, 2007 - Michelle sent I-129F to CSC via USPS

July 28, 2007 - I-129F delivered to CSC

Based on the timeline, I estimate your interview to be around early to mid Feb. Maybe even earlier than that as the fee increase would make the process quicker. (so they say)

If you guys have the patience, I would go for the CR route (I-130). Because it is cheaper and you would get the green card when you arrive in the US instead of filing AOS ($1010).
