I have sent in the I-130 and recieved the first notice. I will now send in the K3 - do I need to send a copy of everything I sent with the I-130 or just a copy of the notice that it was recieved? Since I paid $190 for the I-130 I will send in the old payment for the K3 - is this the best way to proceed? Thanks

We have one data point indicating USCIS instructed a member to send the I-129F with no fee, even though they paid the lower fee for the I-130.

You only need to send a copy of the NOA1 notice your received. They have their copy of the I-130 already.
