Passport Courier service [merged threads]

Hey guys, 

my wife accidentally put her maiden name on the passport courier service form. Is there anyway way to change this? Everything else is correct it’s just her last name.

Hi, just filled out my application for my passport courier service for my passport (US immigrant visa) I noticed my laptop auto corrected my name to my maiden name and I'm freaking out because it's saying I have to cancel my appointment to change my name.

Please help

Note- my DS-260 has both my maiden and marital name. All my paperwork is correct. Just the application for the courier service.

Have you tried sending an enquiry to the embassy?

Yes, I did they never got back to me. I have even emailed the US visa information service.
