Hi Guys!

Can my wife (who is a USC) petition my Mom and Dad (her in-laws)? Under what Visa category will they fall into?

To broaden the last response, as far as I am aware, the USC can only petition for HER relatives, not yours.

You would be able to petition for them once you have taken citizenship, in several years time.
