Immigration appointment cancelled

Received an email notifying us the appointment that was never scheduled- being canceled. A new appointment will be scheduled per email.

 

very confused. What does all this mean? Has anyone else gotten this same email? How soon do they schedule appointment after this email? 
 

The case has been documentary complete since November 2021 at NVC waiting for appointment at US embassy in Ankara, Turkey. Very frustrated and hopeless.

Documentarily qualified as of November 2021.

That's not a CEAC case status.  What's the actual status shown on CEAC status check here -- https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV

It says at NVC.
