Congratulations! That means that my statistical guess earlier wasn't wrong. I quoted a week and it happened exactly on the 6th day. Congratulations

Congratulations once again! Up next to the NVC stage. Your hubby needs to file the NVC form for you once you receive a welcome letter from the NVC. The earlier the better.

Yes! Applied 04-10-2023. Active review since 10-06-2023. No updates since.

Im a green card holder and hubby is in Pakistan.

Hate to be the one to tell you this but as a Permanent Resident the wait time is a little bit longer for y’all. do well to check the case processing tool at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Anyone else with an active review and nothing after? Really happy for everyone who got approved but it makes me nervous that everyone who filed in April 2023 is getting approved and I’m getting no updates. Getting nervous at this point.

Please don't be... you should get approved from now to June

Probably from now to towards ending of June. I pray you get approved sooner

@Mrs. Hamza is a green card holder, not a USC - so different processing times as linked to above. There just isn't the same priority given to spouses of LPR's, as there is no visa available to them for several years anyway. Even once the I-130 is approved they've still got a long wait ahead before they are eligible for a visa, so priority is given to other I-130's.
