I-134 and Visa Waiver Program

Hi lads again!

Well I checked out da I-134 form on USCIS homepage, and it says that the form expired in April 2007.

Is this form still acceptable when taken to the interview?

Also, who else has visited the US whilst the K1 is being received and pending on the Visa Waiver Program? (and who got in successfully and got who refused entry ;P)

The form is fine but isn't used until much later in the process. It doesn't go in with the petition.

You can find old threads about entering the US during the process. Usually the question is asked at least once a day.

Your problem has already been discussed. Entry during the K1 process is ok but you've already spent six months of this year in the US, so fiance or not, you'll have to deal with those limitations.
