* Packet received by Vancouver Consulate on Dec 27, 2004

* Package 3 received by Smiwi on Dec 30, 2004

* Checklist returned to Vancouver Consulate on Jan 3, 2005 with requested interview date of Jan 25, 2005

* Package 4 received by Smiwi on January 11, 2005

* Interview scheduled for January 25, 2005 @ 10 am

* Visa Granted!!!! January 25, 2005

* Cross into the United States @ Niagra Falls January 26, 2005

* 2/18 MARRIED :D

* AOS finally filed April 25, 2005

* NOA1 June 1

* Biometrics July 7

* AOS interview for October 25, 2005 8:30 am!!!!!!!!!!!!! woot!

2 letters of attestation, our driver's licenses, bank statement, 2006 & 2005 joint tax returns, 403B and life ins beneficiary statements, car insurance, mortgage documents, credit cards (oye), health ins, airline tickets from a trip together, a variety of pictures

*I-751 Received by NSC July 30, 2007

*10 yr Green card issued without interview effective 11/28/2007

either way, but make sure it is a personal check not money order, so you know when it is cashed...

I just sent one check as if I sent 2 they would probably lose 1 of them!!!

23 Jul Packet received @ Nebraska

7 Aug received Packet back as had sent photocopy of I-751

8 Aug Sent back I-751 with original form and all other evidence

26 Oct Biometrics appointment 11/21 Seattle

21 Nov Had Biometrics appointment at Seattle

13 Dec Received notification that greencard has been ordered!!!!

I sent two, but I don't think it matters. I just wanted to be able to track them if they went seperate ways.

Sep 08 2004 - MSC recieved I-485, I-765, I-130

Sep 11 2004 - NOA1 recieved for I-485, I-765, I-130

Oct 15 2004 - Biometrics/ Fingerprinting appointment

Oct 21 2004 - Biometrics recieved - processing resumed

Nov 10 2004 - EAD approved!!! After 63 days

Nov 16 2004 - EAD recieved

Nov 16 2004 - Applied for SSN (2 weeks to recieve card)

Nov 22 2004 - Recieved SS card

Dec 21 2004 - Interview letter scheduled for March 2nd!!

Mar 02 2005 - Interview - APPROVED!

Mar 19 2007 - Overnight I-751 paperwork to remove conditions

Mar 20 2007 - Paperwork is delivered - NOA1 date

Mar 26 2007 - Checks cashed

Mar 28 2007 - NOA1 arrives!! Residency extended for a year

Mar 31 2007 - Conditional residency expires

Apr 02 2007 - NOA1 for Biometrics recieved

Apr 14 2007 - Biometrics appointment

Apr 12 2008 - 10 year Card production ordered. Done!!

We did one check with a comment in the cover letter...

"Please also find a check for $275 ($205.00 plus $70 biometric service fee). "
