That’s sad though but a reality. Thanks for the guidance everyone. Appreciate it. Lengthy AP? How much time do you think it takes normally for such cases - any precedence.

There's not really any set time. I've seen a year or even two years, but also seen much less. This thread may be useful -

It's because record keeping in Pakistan is so poor, so checks have to be made manually and it will depend on how long people there take to respond to the requests for info.

Good luck, I hope it's not too much longer for you.

Should be very soon, if you're definitely current. You've always been a London case and haven't transferred there? I'd guess an interview letter fairly soon for October or November.

Regarding this!
I actually transferred to London in June 2025 but I wasn’t current then. Recall that my PD is Nov 2023 and DQ is March 2024.

I recently got current in the October visa bulletin. Does that mean that I’ll be treated differently despite the fact that I transferred before getting current? I want to know so that I won’t keep my hopes high in the next batch. Thanks

I transferred April 2025 and yet to get a date. Yes they do process transfers differently. I think there is a 6month wait or so. i am hoping for this month honestly if not i wonder how the case will be treated after 1st of Nov

I’m current since June, DQ April 24, still no date. Always London, no transfers. Don’t know what’s going on with the London processing times, but apparently they’re not as fast as they used to be…

Please does anyone know the cost of medical including vaccination in London. I’ve seen the accredited physician on the their website. I just need the price idea before getting the IL? For both adult and children please

Vaccinations should be free from your Surgery. Well just any you are missing, think I just needed Tetanus booster.

It would depend on the vaccinations you need. But prices are on their website - https://visamedicals.co.uk/united-states/
