Proof of U.S Domicille

Hello,

The NVC at ceac website asking me a proof of U.S domicile.  Does anyone has/have experienced and what are the acceptable documents. Does DL w/military ID is acceptable.? 

Please advice and TIA

Utility bill , phone bill , lease , bank account , driver license , all of them accepted

The answer depends on the context. For a petitioner, it could be as simple as a signed letter explaining their intent to re-establish US Domicile.  For a joint sponsor, it's evidence they are currently living in the USA.  Utility bill is best, but often a simple driver license copy will do along with the evidence of current income (pay stub) that evidences US employment.

 

For a suggestion that applies to your circumstance, explain the circumstance.
