SHOULD I (PETITIONER) SIGN AND DATE EVERY SHEET ON I-134 Affidavit Of Support?

Hello, I'm filling the I-134 form for my fiancée's interview.
I was reading the instructions on form I-134 and has a part that says:

"Type or print your name and alien registration number (if any) at the top of each sheet. sign and date each sheet."

And I didn't understand that.
The form has 13 pages, do I have to put the date, the A number of my fiancee and also my signature in a corner of each single sheet?

Please clarify me!

That instruction is clear,it is talking about extra informations, if you attach any page to the form you need sing each new pages attach, no the 13 pages of the form. 

Read the instructions,  attached pages need sign each one
