Is it necessary to put captions on our pictures? Thanks

No, but it makes them look nice and give the adjudicator something to connect him/her to the image. I would recommend doing it. after all it only take s a few moments. Unless of course you REALLY REALLY REALLY hate to write haha

I printed each caption on the bottom of a piece of card stock paper then taped the picture to the top. I think anything that can make the petition easier to look through can help. I also added a cover letter to each section such as "Photos", "Chat transcripts" Ect., and a brief explanation on what exactally the adjudicator will be looking at. Again maybe going to this extent is not necessary but it certainly does not hurt either and really doesn't take that much more time to put together a very neatly done petition.

Certainly a sloppy petition with all the necessary documents will still be approved where a HOT looking petition with not enough will not. But I still think if you can, make your petition as neat and easy to look though as possible.

Make the pics as easy to view as you can for the CO.

We had 4 digital pics on 5 pages with captions and 4 regular pics pasted on 5 pages with captions.

Did a compo of digital and store processed because at that time some peeps were saying USEM didn't like digital as they can be faked to easily!

Don't know how true that was but didn't take a chance with all digital.

No problems anyway!
