Who do I contact to start DCF?

You could certainly seek an expedite if you go the regular route.

I'm hoping between the new job situation combined with my medical situation that it will suffice for an expedited request. I have an auto-immune disease that requires specialized medication to be delivered to my house on dry ice and self injected every 3 months and routine blood testing every 6 months. When I had my previous part-time remote job, they were flexible about me taking time off as needed. So I could fly back to the states, receive the delivery, inject myself, and go back to Mexico. But with my new full time job, it's just not going to be possible as a long term solution. And the medication isnt available in Mexico, name brand or generic. 

So hopefully between those two things, my expedited request can be approved /:

How long do expedited requests take these days?

Expedites, well I have seen people waiting 2 months.
