Hi everyone!

I seen different dates when I log in to NVC. I have an approved I130 and am waiting for NVC. Can someone please help me as to what my submission date currently is?

Thanks everyone and good luck to all!

There is a "submit documents" button, what you had to click, after uploading all the documents. What day did you click that for the AOS documents and the civil documents? Whichever is the later date (if different) is the date you are in line.

If you uploaded something else, and then clicked the submit documents button again, you get put to the end of the line again, based on that new, later date.

Edit: looking at your documents, you uploaded the last on October 28th, so I assume that is when you last clicked on "submit documents", and that would be the date. If for some reason you only pressed that button on the 29th, then it will still show the document upload on the 28th, but you would only be reviewed with the people who submit on the 29th
