How long for CEAC to review an added Derivative for F2A

Hi All,

I am the petitioner with an approved i130 for my foreign wife. PD 2020-09-02 and recently approved 2022-07-29.

Over that time my wife got pregnant with our first child, and gave birth after the i130 approval on November 2022.

I added our child as a derivative in the Applicant Information and Status is Under Review (see image). NVC website says status should update in an hour to pay IV fee for our child, BUT  it's been 2 days and NO change in status

From NVC FAQ (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing/ceac-faqs.html#ceac16):

How do I add a derivative family member to my case?

On the case summary page’s status chart, there are two buttons under “Applicant Information.” To add or remove a family member from your case, click on the appropriate button. You will have to enter information about your family member, including name, address, email, and relationship to you. The new derivative visa applicant’ name will then appear on the list of applicants and you will have to pay the Immigrant Visa Fee, complete a Form DS-260 application, and upload civil documents for that person. However, it will take approximately one hour after adding a family member before the option to pay the Immigrant Visa Application Fee is active.

My question is how long does it usually take for this status to update? Anyone have experience with this? I know i have to pay a separate IV fee for our child, and file separate DS-260 and would like to get DQ ASAP.

Thanks so much in advance
