WHY I CAN'T PAY MY NVC FEES!?

Hello,

 

I just received my case number today. I am trying to pay the two fees on the NVC website. It says to click the "select" boxes to pay the AOS and IV application fee,  but there are no select boxes in IV FEE . But i was able to pay the AOS FEE ONLY . I have tried four internet browsers: chrome, IE, Firefox, and opera. I have tried clicking every part of the screen. But it didn't work. 
 

what should i do for the IV FEE ?

You will need to wait until the NVC has opened up that tab. Takes a week or so. Normal

What do you mean by so ? Is there any chance to wait for a month ?

NVC controls what you can and cannot access on the CEAC website . You can only pay one fee at a time. Once this is processed they will enable the other fee tab to be active   Once both these are paid, they will activate the DS260 tab. After that you will be able to upload documents.

@Lil bear but im paid already the affidavit of support . But still the IV FEE IS NOT YET AVAILABLE or no select box .

How long ago did you pay the AOS fee

@Lil bear its been 3 days and now the nvc notified me that they already received my aos payment .

It took a week after we paid our forst fee for the second one to be unlocked by NVC. My only other suggestion is to call in and ask
