We got Case ready from NVC since July 25th of this year, and we got instructions on August 2nd to go ahead and pay the DS-160 and MRV fee, and ever since nothing yet from embassy. We had to cancel interview dates found in August because they refuse to give us the instructions packet. We keep emailing them since August and they have the same response of “wait for further instructions” it’s September ending now and still nothing from them. We’ve tried expediting by sending them emails but still no progress. Beneficiary is in Nigeria. My biggest fear is finding another date and having to cancel again. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please what do you suggest we do?

Which other instructions were you waiting for? Nothing else will come from the embassy.

I'm no expert, but my best guess it that you'll need Biometrics, Police certificate record, Medical and Interview.

For now, I think it's best to go to your interview and get more details there.

Make sure to print the page of your interview payment confirmation. I heard that's important.

Try here https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Maybe someone else can elaborate a little further.
