Mom and dad visa interview ir5 dad visa shows issued mom still refused !!!

Hello everyone

My mom and dad had their interview at us embassy at the same time. Everything went well. But they were messing some docs. The Docs was sent

-My dad visa status changed to ready when the embassy received the docs

• mom states still refused with an update on the day that they received the docs

• my dad status shows issued -my mon still shows as refused with one update as well on the same day my dad got his visa issued!

Ps .. my dad hasn’t received his passport yet

Is there are any chance that the embassy issued my mom the visa but there were too lazy to update it on the website ?
