hi guys

I have been busy getting things ready for my husband before I send him the final packet.

Does anyone know if it makes a difference if I go with my husband for his interview in Islamabad? I really want to so I can at least see him again but ive been checking out the airfares and they are expensive.

I dont know how but I have question for ladies who are in the same situation as I'am: how are you dealing with the fact that there spouse is not here with you?

im in a big delimma becuase inshallah if my husband's visa is approved then no prob but, if not then my husband would like for me to come back. I dont know but its very difficult to do this. I know guys in our culture dont get asked alot when their spouse is comming but with ladies is a diff situation unfortunately. as my husband's days are comming near for the interview Im getting very nervous due to the fact that things still have not calmed down in ISB. I'am praying to Alah everything goes smoothly not just for me but everyone else who is in the same situation :crying::crying:

I was also thiinking maybe he should extend the date of the interview but I have already done that and I would like to get eveyrthing finsihed asap.

well takecare everyone

now I think ill go to sleep

Allah Hafiz

Farah

Thanks in Advance

Even though I could not attend my wife's visa interview in Guangzhou China, I was there to give her moral support, and was able to fly home with her. The consulate in Guangzhou holds an American citizen's hour on Fridays, I attended that and was able to ask a few questions of the immigrations consular officer, and they did note that I was in Guangzhou. I also gave my wife my passport, so that she could hand it to the counselor officer when they ask to see evidence showing my visits to China, that too shows that I had that much commitment to come to China for the interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Hey there, I"m going to Pakistan myself and emailed the embassy about attending my husband's interview...they said that is fine to come to the embassy (make sure you have your passport) but you will not be allowed to the window or any part of the actual questioning. I'm going, HECK YEAH.....at least he'll have someone to talk to while waiting....and to celebrate with when he's done! (always thinking positively). Make sure you take a book or something with you while you're waiting for him...although I'm told it doesn't take very long. If you'd like a copy of the email response I got just let me know....HAVE FUN! Are you in PK now?
