We will send our AOS package before this month will over but I don't have the original NOA2 (approval notice - I-130) because hubby lost it..what we have is the email that the USCIS sent to our email address stating that our I-130 application was approved. Is it okey if I will print this email from USCIS and pass it?...

Thanks id advance for th reply....

Some have gotten away with that, but they can and do RFE for I-130 NOA2 or I-129F NOA2 in K-1 cases.

Info Pass wont get you a replacement NOA2, you file I-824 and Pay $200 to get a replacement NOA2 latter.

This is the norm for most posts I have read concerning the lost approval
NOA
.

I have seen some get away with including copy of NOA1 for the I-824 to get a replacement I-130 NOA2, and attaching a note indicating that I-130 NOA2 should be received and can be brought to the AOS interview.
