Official transcripts of degree obtained abroad

Hello all

I have obtained degree in Canada I was told that official transcripts of degree also needed by my sponsor. Is evaluation of degree by AES enough or official means certified translated notarized and then legalized in embassy of US in that country?

legalization step alone  is expensive and seems very lengthy. My question is does everyone doing legalization of degree to use for all sort of immigration purposes in USA?

To answer your question, NO.

You can use one of the credited evaluation companies and pay them $5 to certify..Some have certification fee already included in the cost
