Not sure to be honest with you. I filed 08/31/21 California Service Center and actively reviewing as of 09/22/21. Hoping my approval comes this week

Did you know that you can check processing times at USCIS.gov?

 

And that it is showing the Potomac processing time as 12 months currently?

I think USCIS is delaying CR1 cases to IR1 to reduce the backlog. Once they approve your IR1, good thing is you are done with them for 10 years for GC renewal or 3 years if you chose to become citizen. Seems like case delaying has something for both parties. After watching few cases i can say 8-10 months at USCIS and the 10 to 14 months at NVC stage including interview

I hope I get my approval soon. Waiting 321 days as of today! I am going crazy waiting for that. I want to get past this part of the process. I will feel less stress then
