Anguilla passport to travel usa

Hello, this question is for a friend.

she has the old passport from Anguilla, she is anguillan citizen, her passport is good until 2024, she got her passporton 2014.

can she travel with that passport to USA or she need the new one with chip?

As long as the passport is valid by the Anguillan government she should still be able to use it.

This is more a question for someone in the Anguillan government passport office, I think.

 

It is what she has and it is still valid. Not all countries began issuing passports with chips at the same time.

Thanks for answer, but i red on the USA wed site and and epassport is needed to enter under wvp

E-passport is a requirement for the VWP. That was not mentioned in the initial question.
