Case being adjudicated

Dear Applicant,
You have clearly stated your frustration at the delay; however, a decision on this case cannot be made until the Embassy finishes its review.  Visa applications are adjudicated in accordance with the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), and a visa may only be issued if all documentary requirements have been met, and the applicant is eligible under U.S. immigration law.  While we cannot predict when the adjudication of your application will be completed, please be assured that we are aware of your concerns and will do all we can to see that your application is adjudicated as soon as the administrative processing has been completed.
We regret that our response cannot be more detailed at this

Our medical expired for the second time and I kept sending E-mails every other week to the embassy regarding our case since its also been almost three years since me and my family finished our interviews and above is the response we have got from them. The CEAC website also says that all cases are ready. What does the email they have sent mean? does it look like good or bad news ?

It is no news

the AP has not been completed as said (While we cannot predict when the adjudication of your application will be completed,)

and a decision can not be made (, a decision on this case cannot be made until the Embassy finishes its review)

there is no need to complete new medicals unless and until the embassy tells u to do it
