Covid vaccine during medical

Hi, my wife is a Ukrainian citizen currently living in Russia applying for a CR1 in Frankfurt.  When it comes time for the medical, how will it go if she doesn't have a WHO-approved covid vaccine (currently not available in Russia)?  Would she be able to get one at the clinic?  If not, would they mark the DS-3025 as "not routinely available" for that vaccine?  At what stage on the way to getting to the US would not having the vaccine done become a problem?  Has anybody recently gone through the process without getting the vaccine before coming to the US?

Also, a few months ago, I heard about Russian applicants in Warsaw still getting their medical done in Moscow.  Doesn't sound like that's possible for Germany but just wondering if the Moscow route is open to anybody at all anymore.

I appreciate any insights you may have.

To your second point, I believe the doctors in both Moscow and Minsk are still operating despite their embassies ceasing operations. I would at least give it a shot to avoid the long waits elsewhere.

I am not positive COVID shot is required for medical anymore. There’s been some recent confusion on that; unfortunately I can’t verify, my fiancée presented hers during medical but I don’t recall if it was asked for. Nonetheless, it’s mandated for flights to the US. Many countries (including Turkey) are offering shots for tourists. The clinic cannot give you the COVID shot, but a pharmacy might in a particularly friendly country.
