Hello,

I got my I-751 approved and decided I’m going to apply for N-400 as I’m eligible to apply for citizenship next month 3 year marriage rule. I’ve an absolutely clear record and had no speeding tickets here nor any interactions with law force. I got 3 speeding points back in N. Ireland back in 2008 (I think I went 10 mph over speed limit)- is this relevant even for this application as they wipe them off your UK driving record off after 4 years? I’ve no issues declaring. Plus there’s no way I can find to get a record as like I say they erase it from your driving record and again 14 years ago when I lived in the UK. Any advice welcome.

TIA 🙌

Immigration is concerned with arrest and convictions here in the USA

not speeding tickets here or in another country

Thank you. I’ve never been arrested or convicted. I drive like a Grandpa so no speeding tickets/citations and hopefully I never do. All good and thanks again for your reply 👍
