Birth certificate

Hello please NVC rejected my hospital birth certificate I uploaded and was asked to replace it with the correct one, but they also accepted all other documents we uploaded except for my birth certificate.  So I resubmitted my birth certificate on February 10th but haven't heard from NVC and don't know how long it will take for the birth certificate to be reviewed...my second question is that I submitted attestation of birth with (age declaration)sworn affidavit from the court..so I don't know if NVC will accept that, because due to my age(34yrs) I was asked to do the attestation of birth certificate wish is also serves the same purpose for birth certificate...I'm from Nigeria..tnx I need your advice

NVC rejected my birth certificate twice!

I sent it for the first time on August 28/ 2020, they rejected at November 24/ 2020. I uploaded again at November 26 and they rejected it again at match 02/ 2022. Than I resent again at match 03/2022 and I hope everything going well this time.

if you are from Nigeria and born before 1992, you are expected to get an attestation of birth, is a must. i believe you didn't have the information if you had, this delay could have been easily avoided.

Also NVC is responding to cases submitted on 10JAN22, as at last week, but they will update it today. You will have to wait till the get to 10th Feb.

Thnx alot for your advice I just hope they will accept my attestation of birth and sworn court affidavit of declaration of age..

yes they will because that is what the need.
