Hello all!

I am having a bit of trouble understanding which address(es) to list in the i-130 application. My spouse is from Ukraine, and we have met up in Istanbul, Turkey, when the war started. We have been here for the last month. We plan to be in Frankfurt, Germany next week in order to file the application locally at the US embassy there. After that, we will most likely leave to a non-EU country to live and wait for the documents to process. I do not know which addresses to write down.

  • I wrote my address in the States as my mailing address.
  • In regards to physical address, what do I write down?
  • How long must one live in a place before its considered a "previous address"?

Thank you!
