I filed a 1130 petition for my husband may 2021. I only received a notice with a receipt number and ithe service center which is Nebraska  can anyone tell me what next & how long more I have to wait for the next step. When I check the chart I see where they passed may so I am wondering if I will hear something soon.

Since they are working 2019 and 2020 filers, it might be a little wait for them to catch up.

😕 It's not, they're already processing cases filed in July 2021. But I guess trying to convince them through email is a fruitless endeavour.

 

You can contact your congressperson. Hopefully they'll help.
