Hi

Are there any countries that are doing interviews for eb3 that do not require you to be a resident or citizen of the country?

I am DQ'd in London but it is looking like its going to take another year for an interview so just want to know if there are any alternative choices?

Thanks

I looked at a load of options, including exploring 6 months residence in the Caribbean on a digital nomad visa and moving the case to Barbados (who dont have much by the way of backlog and cover the Caribbean).  My lawyer was not convinced I'd see benefit.  In the end I waited my year and did it in London.

Hey!
I'm a Swedish EB3 applicant. I'm DQ since April 2021, almost waited 10 months now. A friend of mine moved his case to Poland... and got the visa after 7 months.. My lawyer says to me that I risk more delay if I switch.

When where you DQ? How long have you been waiting? And how can you estimate that its another year to get an interview? :)

Hi

I have only just been DQ. The year is based on what others in London seem to have waited.

Hopefully being you are at 10 months means you'll get your appointment soon.
