  1. You’ve said he’s a British citizen, and therefore he is legally required to enter on his UK travel docs. He may have booked his ticket using a US passport but he must provider the UK info for his arrival. In the very say way he must legally enter the US on his US passport. He can either 1) apply for an emergency travel doc from your local UK embassy, 2) gamble - land, go to British citizens line, present his expired passport along with his US one which _may_ overcome the objection It would be a bad idea to try to enter on a US passport and not tell Border Force. They will almost certainly know as he is the same person, and they information share on multiple passports. This is there to close loopholes on avoiding the authorities.
  2. Just did it. 10 days from submitting online to passports in hand’
  3. Check out my timeline. There’s a long write up there for London EB1A… they asked almost nothing and asked to see no new documents.
  4. Things may have changed from a couple of months ago when I did mine (also EB1A) however photos were only requested for the interview (2x) and medical (2x). In reality the medical did not need them, they took their own photos there, and the interview just needed one photo per person. I did not need to send them. I actually did not need to send the originals of the scanned copies, or take them to the interview - but it sounds like you have been asked for them!
  5. I assume you are talking about CEAC? If so, my experience & understanding is that the last updated date changes each time someone scans the barcode on the file. If it’s changing then I believe someone is touching it. I dont think you email feeds into that, but someone could have read your email, and looked at the case…
