Andre needed his green card, social security card, plus a postmarked letter addressed to him (proof of address) to get a state ID card in Missouri.

Can u still get a Florida State ID card without the EAD or Greencard because i just applied for it.

yes you can actually i received my temporary state id today, you just have to present your passport to the office in charge (where you get your driver's license). .. hope i do help you
