i-131 form part 1.6 "Class of Admission"

Hi folks,

 

I am married to US Citizen immediately after entering POE on K1 Visa and right away I am filing i-485, submitting i-131 at the same time now.

 

when filling i-131 form, I have a question on how to fill the "Class of Admission" on part 1 field 6.

checking the DHS website: https://www.dhs.gov/immigration-statistics/lawful-permanent-residents/ImmigrantCOA

and under the "Immediate Relatives of US Citizen" I found:

CF1: Spouses, entered as fiance(e), adjustments, conditional

IF1: Spouses, entered as fiance(e), adjustments

 

which one I should use? CF1 or IF1 or neither of them?

Neither.  If you entered using your K1 visa, then your class of admission is K1.  It should be listed on your I-94.
