Hi all!

 

I got scheduled for my N400 interview in Philadelphia (marriage based). Want to know if Philadelphia is doing same day oath ceremonies. Should I be prepared to take the test on my interview day?

 

Our case is pretty straight forward but my spouse isn't allowed to come with me. Should I get a lawyer?

The test happens the same day as the interview, so you certainly must be prepared. 

You don't need an attorney for the interview.

And I guess once there you can ask if they can schedule you a same day oath ceremony.
