Hi! I would like to ask if Pulmonary Fibrosis can affect my US  Visa Application. I had a Tuberculosis 15 years ago. Since then there's always a scar that appear on my X-rays. My pulmonologist always say it's inactive and always grants me fit-to-work status. But now it's my first time to apply working abroad. Will this condition affect my application? Because if it will, I'm not going to waste my effort. But if there's a chance, I'm gonna pursue my goal.

If your visa application requires a medical examination, once they notice scarring on your X-rays, you'll be required to go through a sputum test, to see if there is an active infection.

The following steps depend on the results.
