my frined received an insufficent 693 letter. does he just need to take medical exam and have it ready to present ?

  • If he is scheduled for an AOS interview then he'll take a completed and sealed I-693 to the interview.
  • If the interview is waived then a RFE is issued and when responding to the RFE a completed and sealed I-693 will be sent-in by him.

With which visa (if any) did your friend use to enter the US? So that I can put this thread in the proper forum.
