Medical for I485 interview (from K1 visa)

Hi. I just received my interview date today, it will be on September 27. One of the things i was requested to bring was, and i quote, ‘If required, A completed form I693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, and/or vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted).’ I entered USA via K1 visa and i had my medical exam in UAE. I was given a sealed medical examination which an immigration officer took at the airport when i arrived in the US. I submitted my DS 3025 when i submitted my AOS packet (less than a year from when i had my medical exam). Will this form suffice or do i have to undergo another medical exam? On the part 2 of my DS 3025 which is vaccination documentation, nothing was marked in my form. Im not sure if this was intentional or that the panel physician just forgot to fill it up. It was left blank although i received the required vaccines.  When i inquired about it last time, i was told its ok. I did not receive any RFEs or deficiency notice. Pls advise.

You're all set.  No need for another medical exam if the I-485 was filed within 1 year of the K1 visa medical.
