Hi guys. I will hopefully have my interview for K1 soon. My fiancé is divorced. Do I need to bring the original or certified copies of the divorce decree to the interview or regular copies would be ok?

If you have the original. Take the original.... otherwise you will ne denied and asked to send originals before they can approve

Not true

I would say quit a few people don't have the original.  Only certified copies.  And it would be up to CO to determine if they wanted to see a certified copy/original at the interview.

LU SEE FURR, so if they ask for originals since you don't have them and give them certified copies from the court they will take them? Just wondering
